Oh hej little puppy.  I would just love to adopt one of you right now, if only I was just a little more settled.  A post-grad with very few marketable skills, I’ve still got a lot of figuring out to do.  Maybe I’ll head west, or back to Copenhagen for 15 months, or travel the world as boat crew or volunteer…or maybe just head back to VT where I have an established network.  No matter what, as much as it breaks my heart, I can’t bring a puppy into my life.  Yet.
